Our Story

Erika Palmer is a wellness guide, certified Mahjong instructor, classical Pilates teacher, and the founder of Gather Create Nourish, a lifestyle brand dedicated to helping women feel stronger, more connected, and more inspired in every season of life. With over a decade of experience in food, movement, and holistic living, Erika blends her expertise as a certified health coach, 600-hour classical Pilates instructor, Shaklee ambassador, and Mahjong educator to create meaningful experiences that nourish the mind, body, and soul.

Erika began her journey 13 years ago teaching intimate cooking classes from her Hermosa Beach, CA kitchen, which grew organically into a multi-dimensional wellness brand known for its warm, feminine, clean aesthetic. Today, her work spans Pilates, women’s wellness, Mahjong instruction, and community-building events that bring women together in joyful, supportive, and quietly luxurious spaces.

As a certified Mahjong instructor, Erika teaches private lessons, hosts group workshops, designs elevated Mahjong events, and leads corporate and social gatherings that make the game accessible, social, and unforgettable. In January 2026, she launched The Mahjong League of New Jersey, a modern community for players of all ages and skill levels to learn, grow, and play in a welcoming, empowering environment.

At the heart of her work is The Tile Society—Erika’s long-held vision of a welcoming space where women gather to connect, play, and belong. Through Mahjong, movement, and shared experiences, she creates environments where women feel capable, supported, and deeply seen.

Whether she’s guiding a wellness reset, teaching Pilates, hosting a Mahjong party, or helping women create sustainable healthy habits, Erika’s approach is grounded, intuitive, and authentically rooted in connection. Her gift is bringing women together—through movement, nourishment, and play—to help them feel capable, confident, and deeply supported.
